My daughter left a stuffed toy behind. I called and they found the toy and kept it for us to pick up on our way home 2 weeks later. We appreciate their help. Pick up was speedy because they had notified the staff to expect us.

Ms. Ishia, Check-in clerk was marvelous and very professional about few mix up. She straight out everything quickly. Definitely looking stay again
